Your first impression is correct.. they are exactly the same with different dials. With Panerai, ANY change whatsoever merits a change in model number. Each model . If I really had to choose, 351, but ask me in two days, and I'll probably have changed my mind.

To me, the 320 satisfies a few cravings, GMT, In House movement, power reserve.
